We are delighted to announce that HTG has been named as a company in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in the UK for 2023. The list recognises organisations with the highest levels of employee engagement, wellbeing and satisfaction.
This prestigious accolade is a testament to our commitment to create a positive and supportive work environment for our incredible team members.
Earlier this year, the entire staff were asked to complete a questionnaire, organised and managed by The Sunday Times. This ensures objectivity and total anonymity for those participating.
The results were exceptionally encouraging with 97% of respondents agreeing that:
• They feel safe and happy at work.
• They are treated with respect.
• Their employer cares for their wellbeing.
HTG also achieved an employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 84, which reflects our high retention and employee referral rates.
Being named as one of the best places to work is not only a proud achievement for HTG but reinforces our belief that investing in our employees and creating a supportive work environment is crucial to achieving both individual and collective success.
Kevin Howell, CEO, HTG commented: “I’m delighted that the hard work of the whole team has been recognised with inclusion in the awards. This is a great achievement, but we are only at the very beginning of our journey in making HTG a great place to work. Our plans for growth, recruitment and career advancement all depend on an engaged group who work with our shared vision and purpose. I am proud to lead such a committed and supportive team.”
Chris Longcroft, EVP Publisher, The Times and The Sunday Times, said: “The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards recognise companies that create a happier and fulfilling working environment for all, by fostering engagement from their teams, yielding great business and performance in return. Wishing all of those companies who made the grade this year many congratulations.”
